Forever after, whenever I saw "saucy," I'm going to think SUZY!
should we pronounce it 'sossee' or 'saw SAYYYY'?
Just wndering.
It's "sousè" -- accent grav over the e.
That's a quote from W.C. Fields in The Bank Dick by the way. The movie in which he plays a character named Egbert Sousè. Very funny movie.
I even recognized the quote. Great movie. I think that one also had a line, roughly, "Some scoundrel has stolen the cork from my lunch."
Godfrey Daniels, he was a funny guy.
Godfrey Daniels! Sorghum Crow, we must be twins separated at birth!
We rented The Fatal Glass of Beer last year. Oh my gosh, it was so funny!
